Their continued design solutions which avoid standard aspect ratio screens and surfaces inspired the team to produce the addict media server, now distributed by Pixel Addicts worldwide.

Their recent installations has been included in Major Venue Designs, New Museum & Gallery builds, Main Stage Festivals, Clubland [worldwide], Concerts, Corporate Events and more recently they have honed their skills into interactive exhibition work.

The team has worked all over the world including: Europe, USA, Serbia, Japan, Israel, Australia, Asia, to name just a few.

matter music venue – 02 Arena, London

Pixel Addicts were commissioned to design the permanent video installation for London’s newest live music venue, opening on the 18th September 2008. Inside-us-all were honored with a 1 year VJ residency. The system will be controlled via the new Addict media server. More details coming very soon..

The [Addict] visual system that we have in place at matter is so central to the project – its entirely new territory.  Marrying the sound, the architectural lighting, mood lighting and the intense 360 degree visuals into one is unique as far as we know.  Pixel Addicts were the only choice – we didn’t tender, we found the guys we wanted and asked them to come work with us.  They are inspirational, a driving force in our project and exceptionally professional.  The design was fun, challenging and boundary pushing and from my side the installation was simple – they new what had to be done and did it!

Eden Music Venue, Ibiza_

The Addict media server [x2 machines] was the show control for this installation designed by Todd Graft [Microchunk]. The installation will be a 5yr project for the Eden club in Ibiza. The installation used Chi-Spheres & projection solutions.

Pixel Addicts designed the main room production for the exclusive album launch for the UK band Younger Brother. Mark Calvert [Pixel Addicts] designed the show, working closely with Ralph Lambert [Pixel Addicts] for the video performance and event narrative, with all technical solutions coming from Dave Green [Pixel Addicts]. The installation went on to be voted in the top 10 most innovative installations for 2008.
